How do I replace a lost library card?

If you have lost your FAUcard, you can block it in the IdM portal a.d. if necessary, unblock it again. Replacement cards are issued by the FAUcard service office. Please apply for a replacement card online via the IdM portal beforehand.
For all other library users: If you have lost your library card, please report the loss immediately to one of our lending desks so that misuse by third parties can be avoided as far as possible. We will unblock your library account at any time once you have found your card again.
We will issue you with a replacement card for a fee of €5.00 if required.

To block a.d. if necessary, later unblock the payment function in the event of loss of your library card, you must also send an email with your FPM ID to info@werkswelt.de. To do this, it is best to note down or photograph the FPM number of the new library card, which is printed on the back, immediately after it has been issued.
