What should I do if I forget my account password?

FAU members can use the “Forgot Password” self-service feature in the IdM portal to reset their password: Self-Service Forgot Password

If you are an external library user and have forgotten your password, you can have a new password sent to you by clicking the Set/Forgot Password button when logging in to the catalog. You will then receive a new password via email.
