Actionbound – a self-guided interactive tour of the WiSo Library in Nuremberg.

You will get to know the WiSo Library in Nuremberg (= Economic and Social Sciences Branch Library).

Address: Lange Gasse 20, 90403 Nuremberg (near the metro station „Rathenauplatz“)

Some of the questions covered in this tour are:

  • How do I activate my FAUcard for library use?
  • Where can I find the most important textbooks and reference works for my subject area?
  • How do I book a desk in the library?
  • Where can I find printers, scanners and copying machines?

Please come to the main desk of the WiSo Library at the start of your session. You will be issued a tablet with the interactive tour. We will get you started and then you will have time to complete your tour. Please note that this tour is self-guided. At the end of your tour, please return the device at the main desk.

Is this session booked out? No worries! You can still take the tour with your own mobile device. No need to sign up, just download the Actionbound app onto your mobile device and come to the library at your convenience. Once you have downloaded the app, just ask at the main desk for the link or QR code to start the tour and you are ready to go!
